Delete your account

You can delete your CalorAI account and its data here, without the app. In the app, the same option is under Profile → Delete account.

We'll send a 6-digit code to confirm it's you.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, name and Apple/Google sign-in links
  • Your profile: age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goal and nutrition targets
  • Your food log and the answers you gave during setup
  • Feedback you sent from the app, and every signed-in session

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Data kept only on your phone (and anything in Apple Health or Health Connect) stays there until you uninstall the app or remove it yourself.

What we keep

Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat, which they keep to meet tax and accounting obligations. Usage analytics and crash reports in Firebase carry a random account ID, never your email or name, and expire automatically under Firebase's retention periods.

Subscriptions aren't cancelled automatically

Deleting your account doesn't stop a CalorAI Premium subscription. Cancel it in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.

Can't receive the code?

If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, or no longer have access to your email, delete your account from the app, or email support@techxnix.com from the address you use with CalorAI. We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
